Home Workouts For The Entire Family!

Busy with all your responsibilities and to do list? Don’t have time to go to the gym? Are you looking for ways to keep the family active? Here are three circuit workouts the whole family can do at home! Do each circuit three times for a total of 30 minutes.

Circuit one:

  1. 10 burpees
  2. 20 sit-ups
  3. 30 jumping jacks
  4. 20 squat jumps
  5. 10 pushups

Circuit two:

  1. 1-minute wall sit
  2. 30-second plank
  3. 20 crunches
  4. 10 lunges
  5. 10 v-ups

Circuit three:

  1. 30 squat jumps
  2. 30-second superman hold
  3. 10 inchworms
  4. 20 crunches
  5. 30 jumping jacks or 60 jump ropes
